Jeff Schemel works as the Welding Sales Manager for the CMW Welding Business Unit. Jeff’s responsibilities include introducing CMW’s entire resistance welding product line, including the new patent-pending products the CMW® FINNCAP Electrodes and Elkaloy® 20 Cap Electrodes, in high volume, high automation user markets. Along with the other members of the Resistance Welding team, Jeff actively manages service to our diverse network of Authorized Welding Distributors and Value Added Resellers throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Jeff is a native of Rockford, Illinois, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois Wesleyan University, and resides in the Indianapolis, Indiana area with his wife, son and daughter.

Tonya Cunningham:
Tonya and her two sons live in Indianapolis. She has a Bachelors Business Administration from FSU and an Associate’s Degree from Colorado Tech University in Health Care Administration. Tonya grew up in Meridian –Kessler and has spent several years in telecom sales. Tonya previously managed a call center at Hellyer Communications, was Inside sales for AT&T and is a great addition to the CMW Team!

Karon Harris:
Karon graduated from Martinsville High School. She has worked at CMW for over 30 years, holding several positions including Machinist, Plant Engineering Technician, Expediter, Scheduler, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable and today as a Customer Service Representative. Karon has 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandsons.
