Since January 2007, Jennifer Sniderman has held the position of Metals Sales Manager. Her responsibilities include leading the growth of the company in a variety of major High-Density Metals accounts worldwide, including sales, marketing, customer management, new markets and other opportunities for growth. She joined CMW in May 2005 in a similar position with the Resistance Welding business unit. In that capacity, she rationalized CMW's worldwide distribution of resistance welding consumables and helped continue the company's market leading position in this niche. Before joining CMW, Ms. Sniderman worked ten years as a Sales Engineer with Rockwell Automation. She had responsibility for selling industrial automation controls and services to customers and teaming with channel partners and systems integrators to provide turn-key solutions. Rockwell Automation is a global leader of industrial automation solutions headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ms. Sniderman received her bachelor's and master's in science in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University. She is a native of Charleston, West Virginia and resides in Indianapolis with her husband.
