Renée’s responsibilities include leading the growth of the company in a variety of major High-Density Metals accounts worldwide, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Management, identifying new markets and other opportunities for growth. Before joining CMW, Renée worked in the Rapid Prototyping industry for several years, working her way up to Sales Engineer and Department Manager. She has strong technical knowledge in several additive manufacturing processes as well as injection molding manufacturing. Renée received her AS in Information Technology and Business Administration from Indiana Business College, her BA in Business Management from Northwood University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. She resides in Noblesville with her husband and two daughters.

Jake Gross
As Chief Engineer, Mr. Gross’s responsibilities include leading new product and material development, writing investigative reports, making technical recommendations to clients worldwide, developing new manufacturing techniques and providing technical assistance to all parts of the company and key customer relationships. Mr. Gross brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to CMW in the areas of powder metallurgy, laboratory testing and manufacturing support with expertise in powder characterization, powder blending, sintering, vacuum induction melting and casting, product line quality control, lean manufacturing, process-oriented root cause analysis, metallurgical failure analysis and cost reduction. Mr. Gross earned his Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering in 2002 and his Master of Science in Ceramic Engineering in 2005 from the University of Missouri-Rolla. In 2008 he also earned his Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business where he specialized in international business.
