Mark B. Gramelspacher, President/CEO Mr. Gramelspacher is Chairman, President and CEO of CMW. Mr. Gramelspacher graduated from Jasper High School, the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University School of Law Bloomington. He is a former associate at Wooden, McLaughlin & Sterner, a member of the Indiana and Illinois bars, and he spent the past fifteen years in entrepreneurial senior management focused primarily on the acquisition, growth and management of small and mid-market manufacturing companies in the Midwest. He has completed over a dozen corporate transactions and has been involved in a number of start-up operations. He was born in Jasper, Indiana and is married to Meredith McLean Gramelspacher. The Gramelspachers reside in Indianapolis with their daughter, son and Labrador Retriever.
Mark can be reached at: Stephen P. Schelonka, Controller Mr. Schelonka is the Controller at CMW. Mr. Schelonka was born in Minnesota and migrated to Indiana to attend the University of Notre Dame where he received his Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy. He later obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Butler University. Prior to joining CMW in 2006, Steve held positions as Division Controller of IMMI, Financial Reporting Manager for Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, and Senior Consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society, and AICPA. Mr. Schelonka currently resides on the northwest side of Indianapolis with his wife and two sons.

McClarnon, Director — Special Projects Mr. McClarnon joined CMW at its founding in 1978 and previously worked for the Mallory Metallurgical Company, CMW's predecessor. He attended the University of Indianapolis, studying Business Administration. During the Vietnam War, Ron served as an Infantry officer and reached the rank of Captain before discharge from the United States Army. At CMW, he has served as Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Process Engineering Manager, Industrial Engineering Manager, Director of Manufacturing & Plant Engineering, Director of Customer Relations and other key positions. With Mr. McClarnon's focus, over the last two years, on process improvement and strategic sales relationships, CMW has achieved record performance in many areas of its business. Ron has a son and daughter and resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Ron can be reached at: Sharonda F. Griffin, Human Resources Manager Ms. Griffin is the Human Resources Manager at CMW Mrs. Griffin is an Indiana native and graduate of North Central High School. Mrs. Griffin received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Ms. Griffin held positions in manufacturing and human resources at International Truck and Engine Corporation and Wellpoint, Inc. before joining CMW in June 2007. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the National Black MBA Association. Ms. Griffin resides in Carmel, Indiana with her husband and daughter.
Sharonda can be reached at: Steven W. Cline, Purchasing and Scheduling Manager Mr. Cline is the Purchasing and Scheduling Manager at CMW Inc. Mr. Cline is an Indiana native and a graduate of Howe High School. He began his career as a Storekeeper at the Mallory Metallurgical Co., now CMW, shortly after graduation from high school in 1973. Mr. Cline has held a number of important support positions at CMW. Mr. Cline has two daughters and currently resides in Greenfield, Indiana with his wife.
Steve can be reached at: Vincent Sanders, Operations Manager Mr. Sanders is the Operations Manager at CMW. He attended University of Dayton where he received his Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering. He later obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University. Prior to joining CMW, Vince held the position of Process Improvement Manager for O'Neal Steel. Mr. Sanders spent twelve years with O'Neal Steel in different capacities ranging from Industrial Engineer to Quality Assurance Manager. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of process improvement and quality and is Black Belt certified (Six Sigma). Mr. Sanders currently resides in Boggstown with his wife and three children.
